On March 10, 2011, the Company acquired 99.99% of Puncak Niaga Infrastructures & Projects Private Limited (PNIP Pte Ltd).
On April 19, 2011, PNHB acquired a 55% stake in Reputable Collection Sdn Bhd (RCSB).
On September 28, 2011, the Company acquired Global Offshore Malaysia Sdn Bhd And KGL Ltd.
On June 02, 2011, it disposed 55% stake in RCSB.
