The Company’s subsidiaries are engaged in inspection and maintenance of plant and machinery used for the oil and gas industry; trading and application of specialist composites materials for oil and gas industry and hiring and chartering of vessels; leasing of a portable saturation diving system; design, fabrication and installation of relocatable incremental modular field development structure for topside and subsea, and bareboat charter of vessels.
In January 2012, it acquired Garuda Energy (L) Inc. On April 26, 2012, it incorporated Intan Offshore (L) Ltd in Labuan Malaysia.
In July 2012, it incorporated Perisai Offshore Sdn. Bhd. In August 2012, it announced that its subsidiary, Kingsburg International Trading Limited was deregistered with effect July 27, 2012.
