Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) is an investment holding company. It operates in two segments: airport operations and non-airport operations.
Airport operations consist of airport services and operations of duty free and non-duty free outlets.
Airport services include aeronautical revenue generated from operating, managing and maintaining designated airports in Malaysia and providing airport-related activities, and non-aeronautical revenue derived from rental and other commercial activities.
The services included in non-airport operations segment include agriculture and horticulture business, hotel management and operations, and project and repair maintenance services.
On July 21, 2011, MAHB disposed off its interest in GMR Male International Airport Limited and incorporated a subsidiary, MA Construction (Labuan) Private Limited.
On July 28, 2011, its subsidiary, Malaysia Airports Consultancy Services Sdn. Bhd., acquired remaining 25% in Urusan Technologi Wawasan Sdn. Bhd.
